Accounts.

You're responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under your API keys. Keep them server-side and rotate them if they leak.

Acceptable use.

• No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• No attempts to circumvent rate limits, abuse security, or scrape without consent.
• No use in contexts prohibited by model providers or applicable law.

Ownership.

You own your inputs and outputs as permitted by model providers. We own the Services and all related IP. These Terms don't grant rights to our trademarks or brand features.

Usage limits and plans.

Plans may include message or token quotas. Quotas and features may change with reasonable notice.

Privacy and data.

• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
• We don't use your inputs or outputs to train our own models. Prompts are sent to model providers solely to deliver responses.

Termination.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security reasons, non-payment, or as required by law. On termination, your license to use the SDKs and API keys ends.

Disclaimers.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of model outputs.

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business.
